At Able 2 Access, we provide mainly Plan Reviews and On-Site Inspections for clients in Texas to ensure compliance with TAS (Texas Accessibility Standards). However, we do also provide ADA consulting for those who require it. Let us help you make it more accessible.

Fee Schedule
Effective 03/01/2022
PLAN REVIEW:
• One complete set of plans
• One completed and signed Project Registration Form (a link to this form can be found on our TDLR Links page) OR the Confirmation Page from online project registration
• Proof of Submission form – signed and dated (a link to this form can be found on our TDLR Links page)
• Owner Agent Designation form (if required by owner - a link to this form can be found on our TDLR Links page)
• Plan review Fee (see table below) – payable to Able2Access OR online when QB Online invoice is received
INSPECTION:
• Request for Inspection form signed by owner or owner's agent (Owner Agent Designation form required) - a link to this form can be found on our TDLR Links Page
• Fees – Inspection fee (see table below (payable to Able2Access or will be invoiced after the report is completed)
ADA Consulting
We work with owners to ensure compliance with the ADA, can provided pre-construction surveys, and assist in determining fixes that need to happen when purchasing an older building.
On-Site/ ADA Consulting with written report $300.00/hr. On Site
